Senior Web Developers

This position is in charge of site maintenance and enhancements that require some programming skills. Also must follow standards of architecture and web semantics, as well as an structured process of work.
* MUST have proven expertise in Java and the following web technologies: Struts, JSP, Servlet, Javascript, and HTML/DHTML/XHTM.
* Have proven expertise in the following web technologies: XML, and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).
* Have proven expertise in using ant build script.
* Experience in J2EE development a plus.
* Knowledge of BEA WebLogic J2EE application server platform is a plus.
* Solid foundation in OO principles and Design (UML).
* Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle, its processes, and related deliverables.
* Experience with Design Patterns and building & integrating multi-tier solutions.
* Experience in software documentation (e.g. write design specifications).
* Experience in Photoshop and/or other graphics package is a plus.
