Food & Beverage Director/Executive Chef for 120 room beach resort with restaurant, 2 lounges & catering
Responsible for all aspects of food & beverage menus, marketing, sales, service, quality control, purchasing, storage, food production, labor, cost control, and all associated issues. The successful candidate must be strong in financial statement and computers, will demonstrate effective leadership, control, and supervisory experience as well as determination, drive and persistence to succeed. The position reports directly to the General Manager with indirect reporting to the Corporate Director of food & beverage. Available to live in Guanacaste.
